Tiger Woods update:  Elin Nordegren allegedly spent her birthday in the French ski resort town of Chamonix.  Elin wanted to take a step back from the drama of the Tiger Woods scandal and treat her closest friends and family to a ski vacation.

She also allegedly spent Christmas at a ski resort in California with her two children.  There’s not any indication that Tiger Woods was with his family, but it is still quite possible that everyone spent time together.

Radar Online reported that Tiger has offered $300 million to Elin Nordegren. This is coming after he lost AT&T and Accenture and is watching his image and earnings drop.

Tiger Woods and his wife Elin haven’t announced if they are getting divorced or not.  Previously a divorce was said to be 100% certain, whereas now there there are some indications that Tiger and Elin may try to work things out and stay together as a family.

Tiger has been in hiding and there’s no indication of where he is other than largely unsubstantiated rumors.

The best high school football players in the U.S. faced off in the Under Armour High School All-America Football Game on Saturday, with the Black Team winning the game.

The Black Team won 32-7 over the White Team at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, FL.

Some of the stars of the game included Nick Montana, son of NFL icon Joe Montana, and Dominique Easley.

Keep in mind that it is possible for anyone who gets the H1N1 vaccine to experience side effects. Some of the potential side effects of the vaccine include nausea, headache, fever, fatigue, faintness, and a rash at the location of the vaccine. While it is fairly rare, there are some people who do experience a severe allergic reaction as a result of the H1N1 vaccine. If you notice a severe or unusual reaction, contact your health care provider.

Overall, the H1N1 vaccine is considered to be very ideal for pregnant women. It has not shown to cause complications to pregnant women or their unborn babies. Tiger Wood Update: Elin Nordegren and Tiger Woods are in the middle of a media blitz, and where will they spend Christmas? Will the Tiger Woods family be together – as they should be – on their son’s first Christmas? Are rumors that Tiger is setting sail to the Bahamas?  This update seeks to sort out all the facts.

Then again, there aren’t any hard “facts” in the scandal. All there are are reports from “sources” telling media outlets what’s going on.  For instance, a source told ABC news that Elin Nordegren was seeking a divorce, and then come to find out, she hasn’t made up her mind.

There are reports that Tiger is setting sail for Bermuda or the Bahamas for Christmas, while Elin is heading to her native land.  With Tiger taking time from golf to “become a better husband and father”, these reports seem a little inconsistent.

What would I do if I were Tiger? I would spend Christmas with my family at one of my properties – one that no one hardly ever talks about.  The family has several parcels of real estate, so it shouldn’t’ be that hard.

There are also reports that Tiger Woods and alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel are still together.  There were also tabloid reports that pointed to the possibility that Rachel Uchitel was pregnant with Tiger’s cub.

As with many tabloid reports, that one doesn’t appear to be true either.

So where will Tiger Spend Christmas? No one knows.  Think about it – if you were him would you let the word get out?

TI Released from Prison: Rapper TI has been released from prison, just in time for Christmas.  TI spent 7 months in a low-security prison in Forrest City, Arkansas for a weapons charge stemming from an October 2007 incident.  Many of TI’s biggest fans are happy that he has been released from Prison.

Even though TI has been released, he still has to go to a halfway house in Atlanta, Georgia.  His lawywer says the following about the halfway house:

“it’s a restriction on your liberty but it’s a way for you to reenter into society and not be confined within a jail type institution 24-hours a day.”

He was originally sentenced to a year and a day, but is getting out early for good behavior.  The Atlanta area is looking forward to his return.

TI fans are already tearing up Twitter feeds welcoming their favorite rapper back out in to the real world.

Recently, rumors of the rapper’s early release were rumored but there was not any credible reports that confirmed that fact.  Now, the artist behind the critically acclaimed album “Paper Trail” is back on the streets.

Casey Johnson and Tila Tequila are engaged.  While everyone probably knows who Tila Tequila is, chances are Casey Johnson is somewhat of a mystery.  Chances are you know the company she is an heiress for – Johnson & Johnson.

Yes, the bi-sexual reality TV show star that is known for cat fights and naked rants is engaged to get married to an heiress of the Johnson & Johnson fortune.

Tila Tequila has been spotted with a 17 carat diamond engagement ring.  This is just months after she filed suit against NFL football player Shawn Merriman. The lawsuit has been dropped.

Just a few weeks ago, Tila was seen on Ustream giving a naked rant.  After then, people started wondering about the star’s mental health.

The newest Tila Tequila news is that she is pregnant.  She is going to be a surrogate mother for her brother and his wife.  She is also said to be purchasing a home for her parents in Vietnam so that they can relax and retire.

I would like to see a Tila Tequila/Casey Johnson reality TV show.  It would be interesting to see how the lesbian power couple would get along.  Would it be like “A Shot at Love” without the competition, or would it be mundane and boring.

I don’t think it would be boring at all.

Country singer Carrie Underwood became engaged to NHL player Mike Fisher over the weekend.

Fisher told The Ottawa Sun on Sunday that “we’re obviously very happy.”  A representative for Underwood confirmed the engagement on Monday to USA Today and said the “couple couldn’t be happier.”

A wedding date has not yet been set.

Underwood, 26, won the fourth season of “American Idol” and has since gone on to a very successful music career.  Fisher, 29, plays hockey with the Ottawa Senators.  The couple reportedly met in March 2008 at a concert Underwood performed in Ottawa.

Approximately 800,000 of H1N1 (or swine flu) shots for children have been recalled after tests indicated that the vaccine doses lost some strength, government health officials announced on Tuesday.

The shots, made by Sanofi Pasteur, were distributed across the country last month and most have already been used, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The pre-filled syringes that were recalled are for children ages 6 months to nearly 3 years, the Associated Press (AP) reported.

Dr. Anne Schuchat, a CDC flu expert, stressed that parents don’t need to do anything or to worry if their child got one — or even two — of the recalled shots. The vaccine is safe and effective, she said in the AP’s report.

Tests performed before the shots were shipped showed that the vaccines were strong enough; however, tests done weeks later indicated the strength had fallen slightly below required levels, the AP reported.

Officials with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the CDC and the company all said they believe the strength of the recalled doses is still high enough to protect children against the virus and that they do not need to be vaccinated again.

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar, known for their large family and TLC reality show “18 Kids and Counting,” welcomed their 19th child on Thursday.

Daughter Josie Brooklyn, who was born premature, weighed 1 lb. 6 oz.  She was born at 6:27 p.m. at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Arkansas, according to People magazine.  Michelle Duggar, who was hospitalized following a gallstone, had an emergency C-section.

Michelle Duggar is resting comfortably and the baby is stable and in the neonatal intensive care unit for extended care, a family representative told People.

“The most important thing right now is for mom and baby Josie to get as much rest as possible,” according to the family’s statement given to People. “The family is grateful for all the prayers and well wishes during their recovery.”

Duggar’s baby was not due until March, but TLC reported that Duggar went into the hospital early suffering pain from a gallstone. People magazine reported on Monday that Duggar had been airlifted to a hospital in Little Rock because her gallbladder problems were causing contractions.

Shoppers who have been busy searching the Internet for early reports on Black Friday deals will be happy to learn that Walmart has confirmed some of their sales for Friday, November 27, 2009, as well as weekly savings starting this Saturday on popular toys and video games.

Walmart’s Black Friday specials include 50-inch Sanyo plasma HDTVs for $598, Magnavox Blu-Ray disc players for $78, TomTom GPS systems for $59, $7 reversible fleece jackets, and $3 children’s sleepwear, according to Walmart representative Melissa O’Brien.

Some of the toys at Walmart stores that will be discounted (up to 60 percent) starting this Saturday through November 27, 2009, are EZ Bake Oven, Disney Princess Scooter, and Nerf N-Strike Vulcan, The Associated Press reported. Also starting this Saturday, customers purchasing certain gaming packages such as “Band Hero” and “DJ Hero” will receive a $40 Walmart gift card while supplies last.
