In May Blizzard brought the domain name Diablo3.com, and this immediately sparked speculation of a potential upcoming Diablo III release.

With Blizzard’s 2008 global Invitational to be held sometime this week, and considering the Blizzard teasers, splash screens on their website etc., there is huge amount of speculation buzzing around.

Blizzard generally teases splash screens when they have a new game announcement, so …you get the gist right.

There are lot of reports in the media as well, and numerous tips coming direct to us through IncGamers from reliable inside industry sources in the past 24 hours. Based on them, there is strong reason to believe that Diablo 3 will be announced on Saturday at WWI Paris 2008.

A lot of buzz around Call of Duty World at War (CoD 5). So much so that many gamers, and I am not only talking about hard core ones, are saying they cannot wait for this game to be out.

There is talk that this game is based around WWII. Well, I have got news for you.

The company behind the games, Activision and Treyarch has just announced that this game will take players into deep Pacific war theater and European grounds. The players will be put up to fight against enemies that don’t have the definition of surrender in their dictionaries. That these enemies show no mercy also goes without saying.

Whatever rules of engagement were followed in COD 4 are now being thrown out of the window. What this means is expect new stratagems and war tactics when it comes to the art of war. Its a new Sun Tzu basically all over.

This game also builds on popular features like co-operative game play, rich graphics, and of course brand new weapons!

Today when players logged on the Playstation network they found out that the Network has vanished. Instead the gamers were greeted with a message stating: “use of Playstation network has been suspended.”

This means there is no online play for any games and one cannot visit the Playstation Store via PS3 or PC.

No doubt Sony executives must be getting an earful for this network suspension without notice and the whole online community must be buzzing with this concern.
