It is time once again to change your clocks and “spring forward” as Daylight Saving Time (DST) goes into effect this weekend.

Daylight Saving Time
Most of the United States, Canada, and some of northern Mexico’s border regions will spring forward for DST on Sunday, March 14, 2010. Clocks should be moved forward one hour, from 2 a.m. to 3 a.m. local time.
Remember to change your clocks, but be careful as some clocks on cell phones, computers, etc., are programmed to change automatically for DST. It is also a good time to check the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
DST allows for more light during the evening hours.

Standard Time returns on Sunday November 7, 2010.
