Autism community is visibly very upset and has resorted to taking aims at Michael Savage. I am with them on this one.
Michael made a statement saying,
Now, the illness du jour is autism. You know what autism is? I’ll tell you what autism is. In 99 percent of the cases, it’s a brat who hasn’t been told to cut the act out. That’s what autism is.
Autism is a certified medical condition and parents with children who are autistic undergo lot of stress. Michael should have shown some sensitivity on this matter. What is he trying to do, beat Tom Cruise at stupidity when it comes to medical science?
Michael Savage is great.He says what he feels and makes errors just like the rest of us.Most of you are arrogant idiots following the same old routines.Look into the mirror and spend a few minutes with yourselves, if you can stand it.I find most people lately just asholes and the numbers are growing.

Jenny, alongside the many others who have had their lives impacted by autism, was appalled by the statement. What would she like to happen? “I think a great way for an apology is to be sat down and educated about it,” Jenny said. “I’d love to just quietly [sit down with him and] educate him on the facts. It was clear he doesn’t know anything about autism”
