You have no skills with conflict resolution. The people you have working for you are obviously are unqualified and inexperienced. You never keep the safety of your crew number 1 priority. Which is appalling. I hope that the show isnt actually how these confrontations happen. You need help. I hope none of you get seriously injured. You have an extremely hard job and I resprect it, but the way you handle situations isnt correct. You tend to highten tension and welcome extreme confrontation. Half the time I cant believe you even go in to repo. Please tell me Im wrong and that you will be more safer. Safety of your team is number one always! Sorry but Matt is completely wrong for that job. Hes an extreme liability for you, and bringing your daughter on jobs, come on, she is clearly to young and should not be put in situations that would harm that beautiful face. You guys need to stay safe and hire the right people. I hope you dont get seriously hurt. Call the POLICE SOONER. Know what youre walking into and assess the situation carefully.
