The name Sister Anastazja Pustelnik is quite a tongue twister but once you get a chance to taste some of the dishes prepared by Sister Anastazja Pustelnik you would forget about everything else. Sister Anastazja Pustelnik whips up a mean dish of pasta and other delicacies.
Actually Sister Anastazja Pustelnik’s skills set lie in easy to make and bake cake and pastries. This is not something Sister Anastazja Pustelnik had bargained for when she got into recipe book writing as a part time job to raise funds for her monastery. But not she seems to be reveling in it.
And the fact that Sister Anastazja Pustelnik has become an instant success lends to the flavor of the whole thing. You can’t go wrong if you are a practicing nun devoted entirely to the life of god and you write a cook book.
Today, Sister Anastazja Pustelnik’s cook books are available on the top shelf and store windows. Not to forget online. The cover of these cook books show the nun with an apron over her black nun’s habit and a mixing bowl or serving platter in hand.
The image seems like an easy sell. I guess the fact that people think the money is ultimately going to god is hard to fight against.
