		<description>i have an uncle who began doing this when it was discovered that he has some serious cardio vascular challenges.  he was never overweight, but was supposed to be deceased by 45.  he is now in his 71st year, and from the neck down looks like he&#039;s 40.  it&#039;s actually pretty amazing.  in fact, all ppl i know that practice this in some form are the healthiest, least sick ppl that i know.  i have developed some health issues myself, and have begun the process of working into this.  two months in and i&#039;ve lost weight, but more importantly, i feel so much better.  and amazingly, i&#039;ve LOST wrinkles!!  cool.</description>

Why do you call it pseudo science? I wouldn&#039;t say that something is a fad just because you haven&#039;t researched it. The fact is that 
most Americans are gluttons and anyone that comes close to suggesting 
this is attacked. Okinawans eat 40% less than Americans and live longer. 
The goal isn&#039;t to stay &quot;forever young&quot;, but to stave off many of the diseases that kill us, thus leading to a longer life. By the way, at his age, how is the president an example of a long life?</description>
