Nadia Bloom is missing.Â She has been missing from her Winter Springs, Florida, home since Friday afternoon.Â Her parents found her abandoned bike in the upright position, her helmet hanging from the handlebars.Â There was no sign of a struggle.Â Â According to BayNews9.com, Nadia Bloom is mildly autistic and the parents believe she may have wandered off, using the new camera she had just acquired, and had somehow become lost.Â Because there is no evidence of foul play or an abduction, an Amber Alert has not been issued.
But thatÂ didn’t stop over 150 law enforcementÂ personnel from scouring the area around the gated Barrington Estates community, concentrating on aÂ retention pond and a 10-acre area of Black Hammock Woods dominated by marshy swamp.Â Police believe tht the 11-year-old missing girl is lot in the woods and hope to find her there.Â Authorities say thatÂ Nadia Bloom’s disappearanceÂ is frustrating in that it not onlyÂ shows no indication of an abduction but that there is no sign of anything at all.Â
Winter Springs police chief Kevin Brunelle said,Â “We have divers in the ponds, seeing if they can find anything.Â We have to eliminate it. We don’t know anything, but we have to eliminate it as a possibility.”Â
“Right now there are no leads,” said Chief Kevin Brunelle. “We have one thing: A child that’s missing.”Â
Efforts to get the word out about the 11-year-old’s disappearance include an e-mails to neighbors and friends, fliers with Nadia Bloom’s image on it, and posters distributed at local businesses around Winter Springs.Â Authorities are hoping that the 11-year-old missing girl will wander out of the woods and someone will recognize her andÂ return her home.Â
Florida Department of Law Enforcement deployed its Child Abduction Response Team in support of the search efforts as well, while police visited all the known sex offenders in the Winter Springs area.Â
Nadia Bloom was last seen wearing blue shorts and an orange t-shirt.Â She was also carrying a backpack with a black horse on it when she went missing.Â She is five feet tall and weighs about 85 pounds.Â She has brown hair and brown eyes.Â Â Nadia BloomÂ is caucasian.Â

UPDATE:Â After four days of intensive searching by law enforcement, a member of a local church found Nadia Bloom in the swampy area near her home Tuesday.Â Although covered in mosquito bites and dehydrated, her doctor at South Seminole Hospital noted that she was in “pretty good shape.”Â
Police were reluctant to give out information when she was originally found, adding to confusion over her status.Â The investigation into her disappearance is ongoing.
