Because I’m a busy person, I don’t want to (or have the time to) devote SO much to working out. I also have a problem with getting started and staying motivated with workout routines. So I was thinking that if I start with the mastercleanse (lemonade diet) and then work from there it would be much easier for me. Would that work?.
