The smart and sassy ESPN reporter Erin Andrews was today struck in the face by a foul ball at a baseball game. The teams playing in the ball park when the incident happened were Mets and Dodgers. The ball park was the Citi Field.
When the incident happened, it sent panic among the journalists and media networks on the apparent impact of this. Of course many fans were also concerned that their favorite reporter out there in the field would no longer be able to give them their daily dose of sports news.
From the latest reports to the media, it seems Erin Andrews will be ok. The damage, if any, is minimal and she will be back into her working boots pretty soon. She is expected to make full recovery.

And who was the guy who threw that foul ball? Well it seems the Mets couldn’t be disliked any more than this but the player was Alex Cora.
