It is a known fact that on popular social networking websites, rivalries between countries exist. Usually they are friendly rivalries. However post Mumbai attacks saw a different turn into the meaning of rivalries. Orkut is a very popular social networking site in both Pakistan and India. Recently, an Indian group known as HMG (Hindu Militant Guards) committed a gross criminal offense by hacking into the largest Pakistan community in Orkut.
The community for 41 thousands plus Pakistani members was hacked using brute force and owner’s profile was compromised very badly using sophisticated hacking methods. Their reason for hacking into a largest Pakistani community was to avenge the Mumbai attacks. Its shocking how something that had happened in real life, had to transcend into virtual life.
HMG is a criminal outfit who have been around Orkut for many years; some of its older members have been around since the beginning of Orkut. HMGs are widely known to exploit anti Pakistan and anti Islam sentiments all throughout Orkut in various communities. They have been known to create fake profiles, maligning Pakistani users and Islam’s most revered figures. They have also been known to create anti Islam communities to spite Pakistani Muslims.
Such extremist group bring shame to their own country, who are supposedly the flag bearers of secularism, where supposedly different religious groups enjoy their rights. One wonders what Indian Muslims think of their own brethren anti Islamic sentiments. Most importantly, is HMG a current brand supported by the Indian government for their activities in disrupting peace between Indians and Pakistanis, Hindus and Muslims in social networking services? In light of what’s happening today, post Mumbai attacks, can India really afford a controversy in their hands? It would be a total shame on their part to see the kind of narrow minded, hate filled racist youth they have brought up in the modern day India?
We have screenshot evidences taken from their community, where they have encouraged one another to create fake profiles using Muslim names and to fool Orkut and google that the community isn’t hacked. They continued with their dirty anti Pakistan propaganda by writing to Yahoo India and falsely fabricating stories about Pakistani Orkut users hacking Indian owned AJP Kalam community.
This is untrue, and had this been a true account, wouldn’t those very Pakistani users hack back Pakistan community from their clutches?
What is more disappointing is the lack of actions taken by Orkut administration and Google. Their silence over hundreds of complaints received from Pakistani users, despite being shown screenshot evidences.
Orkut and google were warned in the past and recently of HMG activities and were given sufficient evidences of their criminal activities, yet they chose not to take any stern action against HMGs and have carelessly ignored what could be potentially damaging to their reputation as a reputable social networking service.
Can Orkut and Google afford to lose their reputation as a safe and reputable networking site over a criminal group whose agenda is to disrupt peace on Orkut and to create a bubble of hatred between Pakistani Muslims and Indian Hindus?
Orkut had failed to protect its site from hackers by failing to fix a security loophole. Orkut administration were urged by Pakistani users to check the IP address logs which they keep, to get evidence of profiles hacked by HMGs. They have so far chosen to ignore this. If they continue to exhibit careless and ignorant behaviours, they will be losing more than its users…along with their reputation…all thanks to the criminal outfits whom they didn’t take actions against.

Just so that those loudmouths, who are questioning this website in that IRP community know, whatever Asian traffic that shows up on this site is of least commercial value. None of this sites advertisers and sponsors focus on them.
But from the moral and principles standpoint of view, this community (IRP) needs to be heard and they have the right to seek redress for whatever violations, whether real or perceived.

This Story is Crap!. because, the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Community of India having more than 200,000+ members have been hacked by Pakistani Hackers. They changed the community description, and abused India, and Hindus. The community name was changed to Indian. the members of HMG and APJ community asked and requested pakistsn hackers to give back the community, but they denied.
This was the beginning of the Cyber war between hackers of Pakistan and Indians. The APJ fans filed a complaint to Google Corporation, in which they finally investigated on the complaint and returned the community back to Indians.
The Pakistani hackers, one in fake profile named Pathan is the famous among them. They have created a company group named “Z Company” mainly for web based hacking. the “Z Company” also have a Community in Orkut too. The community is intended to help Pakistani hackers and another sub community of its own is working inorder to provide hacking lessons for pakistani people. The community description strictly entitles that joining is only for pakistanis.
However, after Google returned the APJ community to India, the Pakistani hackers were highly disappointed and they hacked another Indian community in name of a Urudu comedy film star – Brahmanandam. They once again renamed the community name to India. When members of that comunity complained, the pakistani hackers are forced to Give he community back to Owner. They transferred the community back to owner under pressure of Google.
Last week, they hacked the IvH(Islam Vs Hinduism) a good debating community on orkut with more than 24,000+ membersand hacked one of its Moderator’s profile.
The community was atlast regained by removing the profile of hacked moderator. The Pakistani hackers deleted most of the threads as they can, and moved the rest to spam.
The Pakistani hackers are now trying to Hack the India community and RSS, VHP and HMG communities.
One Orkuteer named Aaliyan is with the Pakistani hackers and it is told that he is helping the Hackers to capture Orkut profile. he is said to be an employee of Google Pakistan. Now a days, the Aaliyan is threatening community owners and users that he will hack their profile.
In contrast with these issues by Pakistani Hackers, the above Quoted story is negligible and cannot be considered as a crime or offensive matter.
The IRP community is still under the ownership of Pakistani and the moderators are also Pakistanis.
