Mike Detjen Tribute

Matt gets emotional as he addresses the loss of family friend Mike Detjen.

I’m a fan of Little People Big World and usually watch it and this episode I just caught tonight was really sad when their friend Mike passed away….:( He seemed like a nice guy to everybody.

RIP Mike you will always be remembered and you will always be in our hearts, everyone who’s been watching Little People Big world especially people that watch it every week is now considering the Rollofs like part of their own family even tho they’re not blood related to any of us.A lot of people get attached to shows like this one and when they mourn over the death of their friend well everyone who watches that show will mourn with them.I’ve been watching this show since the very beginning.

What a shame to lose such an kind, unassuming man. I’m glad most of the Roloff’s recognized they probably took Mike’s helpfulness for granted (except Jacob & his sister, who truly seem to appreciate him). To show clips of their lack of gratitude then their admission of such shows real courage. I’ve watched this series since their pilot at Jakes and hope to see many more years of episodes. Hope to see more of Matt’s wonderful parents and (unseen until now) brother.

Whoops I meant JEREMY not JACOB. I did like Jake a little more for his response. He seemed the most upset. Poor Jeremy’s probably still bewildered.

I wonder who’s going to coach Jacob’s soccer team now that Mike is gone?

    OUCH.

We watched Amy watching her her daughter graduate grade 8 and loved how she reacted to seeing her daughter starting out to the next step in her life. We can relate so much with her so never change .

Whats wrong with you people? Let these people, the Roloffs just live. Have you nothing better to do than analyze theyre lives? Get a hobby already!
