Think about it, if the authorities really had hard evidence, as they claim they have/had, then why in God’s name did Michael not get imprisonment? WHY!?! I’d love to believe that Michael is alive. That would be awesome and I would not be upset if he faked his death to get away and have some privacy or for whatever reasons.
