Actor Heather Locklear was arrested after police suspected her of driving under the influence of a controlled substance in the upscale Hollywood suburb area of Santa Barbara. Heather Locklear is 47 years old. She was pulled over by a California Highway Patrol officer after a resident reported seeing the actress leaving a parking lot and “driving erratically”. Personally to me that sounds like somebody was keeping an eye on her.
After the cops got the call, the officers checked on it and found Locklear’s car parked on a state highway and blocking a lane in Montecito. Montecito as Californians would tell you, is a wealthy community about 90 miles northwest of Los Angeles. Heather Locklear was alone at the time of her arrest.
Now when the cops spoke to her about why she was parked and blocking the lane, they could immediately suspect that the actor was not in a stable mind.
Locklear was taken to the police station where she was tested for alcohol and drugs. She was booked at 7 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication. She was later released from custody.
