Updates: There has been an air crash concerning the center. An airplane carrying a medical team based in Cedar City crashed Friday night near Moab, killing all 10 people aboard.

The pilot was David White, a former SkyWest pilot. The medical team included Dr. Lansing Ellsworth, his son Dallen Ellsworth, physician’s assistant David Goddard, his daughter Cecilee Goddard, Mandy Johnson, Marcie Tillery, Valerie Imlay, Keith Shumway and Camie Vigil.
