Ohio State Beanie Wells Injury

Beanie Wells from Ohio State is nursing an injury and the X Ray results just got in.

The Buckeyes coach Jim Tressel said that X ray report shows negative results on Beanie Wells’ injured right foot.

Wells left today’s game in the third quarter after suffering the injury on a noncontact play.

Heralded freshman quarterback Terrelle Pryor had an 18-yard touchdown run in his collegiate debut as Ohio State stomped Youngstown State 43-0. (Whoops!)

Michigan is about to get started. Nick Sheridan got an awesome reception from the fans when he was introduced as the starter on the JumboTron, but freshman running back Sam McGuffie got the loudest, shrillest, crazy ovation. Michigan also showed a slick introductory entrance video before players took to the field.

College football has started in full swing gentlemen. Tighten your seat belts and hang on to your eye balls. This season promises to be a lot more than just interesting.

OSU Ceremony – Redux

OSU had its graduation ceremony last Sunday and it turned out to be quite a lively affair albeit a hot one. The function was organized in the blazing sun of the Sunday afternoon.

Below are some of the pictures I snapped that day.

Click on the images to blow them up.

Note the special love for Michigan by designating its logo on a choicest spot in the Buckeye stadium.

I’ll be traveling tomorrow to Columbus, Ohio to watch a close family member graduate from the Ohio State university. The actual ceremony is on Sunday.

Expect a lot of graduation ceremony pics and Ohio state campus pics in my next post.

The Ohio State University (OSU) is a coeducational public research university in the state of Ohio. The university was founded in 1870 as a land-grant university and is currently the largest university in the United States.
