Although Brock Lesner has been sick for some time because of which, he had to cancel his bouts with Carwin, Brock is very much alive. False rumours about his death started pouring in since Monday evening.On the 26th of October 2009, Brock Lesnar the UFC Heavyweight champion pulled out of UFC 106 card against Shane Carwin owing to his illness.
.The President of UFC Dana White announced that Lesnar who had never fallen sick in his life, had suddenly taken ill three weeks back. In view of this his fight was rescheduled for UFC 108 in 2010.
On the 4th of November the doctors confirmed that he was suffering from an intestinal disorder which might involve a surgical procedure, which meant further delay. Finally the fight stood cancelled.
On the 14th of November Dana stated in a UFC post fight conference that “He’s not well and he’s not going to be getting well anytime soon.” He also had doubts whether the 6.3 feet, weighing 325 pounds wrestler would ever be able to play again.
“It depends on how serious this is,” he said.
On Monday Dana informed that his condition was improving and he would soon be released not disclosing his whereabouts owing to security reasons, although he had advised him to check in at the Mayo clinic in Rochester.
Lesner who was brought up in a farm in Dakota, a professional and amateur wrestler gained prominence in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) as the youngest person to hold a championship thrice.
On Monday, although he was not in good spirits Lesnar wanted to thank all his fans for their support and well wishes.
