Currently you cannot obtain Qnexa®, Contrave® or Lorcaserin they have not been approved with the FDA. However each drug has been doing well in the trial 3 phase tests (more indepth tests) so each one does stand a chance to make it to market if they can pass by the FDA review of them. You will also have to visit your doctor to obtain a medication like this if it becomes commerically available.
