Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez Prime Suspect

Most of you must be following the case of the missing kid whose mother is the prime suspect and is now lodged in jail.

The testimony of this case has turned from that of family members to law enforcement officials who are leading the investigation in the search for Caylee.

Sheriff’s officials have said they doubted statements the mother made that she had dropped the child off with babysitter Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez last month and had not seen her since.

It would be easy to get hold of the baby sitter Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez and find out what the truth is and who is lying.

Coroborating these statements should not be too hard, but cops know better.

It would be easy, if it weren’t for the possibility that this person never existed. Casey Anthony led police to a house that had been vacant since february.

  2. Troy says:

There is something extremely fishy about this case?!

Did anybody see the Flickr pictures shown on FOX yesterday?

This is too damning for the mother.

  3. Shannon says:

How about the fact that facebook page with the name Zenaida Gonzalez turns out to be a picture of Casey… Sources also say that Casey has introduced herself as Zenaida to people… The cops are not interested in finding Zenaida because she’s already in custody!!! Casey Anthony is Zenaida Gonzalez

  4. Darlene says:

I think this is a tremendously terrible story but the truth of the matter is the the little baby girl was playing without anyone’s knowledge at the pool, accidently drown and mom Casey paniced Now she just don’t wanna say what really happened, afraid for her safety which an accident is just that an accident. I’m so sorry to hear of the this tradgedy. I would be all the pieces if it were my granddaughter. as far as the media goes. they are ruthless to victims feelings in most all cases of this sort. God Is Casey Anthony’s Judge

  5. Kim says:

I believe this woman killed her children…just like the woman who drowned her two boys in her car and the other woman, played by Farrah Fawcett, who shot her kids and killed one of them. The most damaging evidence is the body decomposition in her car and the pics of her partying just days after her daughter “went missing”. Casey Anthony is a narcissistic sociopath and habitual liar. She has no remorse or regard for anything or anyone. She has robbed her own family of thousands of dollars and has nothing to show for it. She should be placed back in jail, based on the confirmed evidence of a decomposed body having been in the trunk of her car. If Paris Hilton can be dragged back to jail, then Casey Anthony should be no exception. If Casey had been a male, she never would’ve been released from jail in the first place.

  6. seagull says:

Casey Anthony may be suffering some kind of trauma or shock, that could be why she’s not making any sense and can’t help police. She just keeps repeating that the last she saw Caylee was when she left her with Zanaida Fernandez Gonzalez at the Sawgrass apartments, on Conway Rd in Orlando. Who knows, it could be true. Maybe someone had led her to believe that was the correct apartment, or maybe she can’t remember, or maybe she’s afraid to tell the whole truth. Casey was taken to the hospital by a friend months ago because she had had a seizure, she could have medical issues that are causing her to be so confused. Who knows? Anyway, her description of the nanny was that she is 25 years old, she’s from New York but also has family in Miami, she’s 5′7″ and about 140 lbs. She has dark curly hair, brown eyes, and her birthday is in September. I think she said she’s half African half Puerto Rican. Keep your eyes open people, and keep looking for Caylee. For all we know, it could be true and she could be out there. According to a media report, a woman and her son reported to police that they spent 10 minutes talking to a little girl in July at the Orlando airport, the little girl said her name was Caylee Marie. They were waiting for a flight to Atlanta. The little girl looked like Caylee and was travelling with a young woman who they thought might not have been the mother. These people reported to police that the little girl and woman were on their same flight to Atlanta. So, please keep looking, everyone.

  7. Brandi Brannock says:

why dont they just give the mom a lie decetor test?

  8. I am sure the police are walking through every possible angle. The questions they are probably asking; Has any credible witness ever met or spoken to Zenaida Gonzalez? If she spoke to her daughter the day the grandmother called 911 to report it, then there is a phone record of the call received by her phone (house phone, work phone, friends phone, cell phone and yes, even a pay phone has a data trail). If hair (not to mention the other biological material) was found in the trunk, DNA tests can confirm if it is the missing childs.

Unfortunately, the lies about working when she had no job, The theft of the shovel and other items does not hold up in court on their own. The DA would be hard pressed to find a body, or atleast the DNA results on the material tested from the trunk before bringing the job and theft evidence to the table.

The fact that the mother took 31 days to report (and she didn’t want to report it at all) the missing child and her changing story surrounding the missing child as well as the comments recorded on the jail phone system would lead our team to focus soley on the mother. BUT, we are not part of law enforcement, so we have that luxury of not having to pretend we are being impartial in our investigation. Her changing story doesn’t add up. Her accounts of her actions do not add up and the fact that the lab results appears to prove a dead body was in the trunk is damning enough.

The response of the grandparents (initially) is understandable. If they continue to claim she is innocent once the results are officially released on the DNA sampling is positive, they had better not continue their claims of the mothers innocence. The fact that they did nothing to report the missing child for 31 days has the potential to be a criminally damning for them as well.

Lastly, I hope we are ALL wrong and the mother is telling the truth and the child is returned unharmed. My experience tells me my hope is moot.

  9. Brian Unal says:

The only thing the general public knows about chloroform is that it’s used to knock people out. Casey must of had the idea of knocking her daughter out, but for what reason? the only logical explanation is she is a party girl, but how can you party with a three year old girl at home? Well she figured she would buy some chloroform, use it to make her daughter sleep through the night, while she goes out partying. I believe she accidntally killed her daughter with an overdose, and then discarded the body instead of facing her crime. It’s the only logical reason why someone would be looking to buy chloroform, to use it to knock someone out.

Message to SHANNON (above) from August 6th:

Do you have a link to that facebook page or any other proof that Casey Anthony ever introduced herself to friends/acquaintances as Zenaida Gonzalez….or is this just speculating on your part?

    Just curious! Thanks!

  13. L. Palmieri says:

As many of the posts will attest, Casey Anthony appears to have a psychological problem. I listened to the news this morning and the case is still hotly brewing. Did I hear wrong when the news commentator stated that Casey Anthony allegedly stated that she intended to drop off her daughter at the nannie’s house for an entire month?! A month?! This morning a Good Morning America news reporter asked Casey’s ex-boyfriend (Casey tried to accuse him of kidnapping) what he thought. In a nutshell, he thinks that Casey is sick, and he passed his lie detector test. I wonder if any of the investigator’s has done a psychological profile of Casey. I have some experience with pathological liars. These types can’t help themselves–they do for self protection, for the drama, for the confusion created when nobody can figure out their mess, they do it to create enough pandemonium in another area to keep interest well away from themselves. That poor innocent child . . .

  14. debbie says:

Hey Pamela, I applaud your attack on “seagull”, but go back and read it all again, and again, and imagine that you ARE her mother, Cindy Anthony, a registered nurse, who is now desperately trying to convince the media and the cops that her daughter is innocent and that Caylee is alive. “Seagull” is a bird in Florida, a bird by the name of CINDY. Her mother wrote that shit just as sure as I am sitting here writing this. Don’t get fooled into arguing with her. She is on so much medication right now she wouldn’t know her asshole from her elbow without both hands and a bloodhound to help her look. “Please keep looking everyone”… WHATEVER. Cindy, you get off your doped up ass and go look for her, you are the only one hallucinating enough to even think that child is alive. Pamela, if you are out there today, please respond. By the way, Bless George Anthony for finally standing up like a man and telling the truth to the Grand Jury yesterday, too bad the rest of his family are freaks. Rock on NANCY GRACE.

  15. Leanne says:

I think those parents are besides themselves, but I sure as hell would beat the everloving shit out of my daughter until she told me the truth. Who ever heard of such drama. Wouldn’t Miss Thing be crazy with that goreous little girl missing?? I can’t even imagine…. They must all be on drugs.

  16. Lexxi22 says:

Pamela and Debbie I agree with you, Seagull’s post was a joke. Who the hell should feel bad for Casey? I sure don’t the only one I feel bad for is that poor innocend child. All the evidence points to Casey, the traces of Chloroform, the traces of human decomposition, the searches on her computer for chloroform and missing children.. Anyone want to explain that? Plus what mother in this world would let her 2 year old be missing for a month and not say a word, not even to a family member? I dont care what kind of piece of shyt mother you are if you’re kid goes missing you are going to say something. I listened to the 911 call that her mother Cindy made when Casey finally admitted that Caylee was missing and on Cindy (the grandmother) sounded concerned, Casey was nice and calm, sounded like she was pretending to sniffle, thats a bunch of BS… she didn’t even want her mother to call bc you can hear Casey in the background asking her mother to give her one more week to try and find her and her mother tells her she has had an entire month. A MONTH!!!! If my dog was missing for an hour I would be our looking for it… this is a child… If Casey were my child I would have beat the living hell out of her until she gave up the truth, and what the hell is wrong with Cindy, thinking this poor little girl is still out there and alive, as much as I wish she were all the facts point to her not being found alive and that is so sad. Casey’s lawyer, says he knows the reason why she did what she did by not calling the cops or telling anyone… what is that about? Bottom line is Casey is GUILTY.. she knows way more than she will admit, the girl wont even cooperate with the police, who has a child missing for months and refuses to cooperate with the people who have the means to help find her? She is not a decent human being in my opinion. And again this is just my opinion but I feel that she planned this out and she deserves what she gets… that poor little girl… I keep you in my prayers…

  17. debbie says:

Lexxie, thanks for your reply. Are you watching Nancy Grace tonight? My parents used to live in Kissimmee, near Orlando. My mother told me weeks ago they should be looking near Boggy Creek Rd because that is a remote area and a body could be easily dumped there. My mother worked in the justice system in Osceola County, and knows most of the lawyers and judges and cops there. My skin crawled tonight when they introduced the “witness” who claims he saw Casey in that very area. Watch Nancy tonight. I feel much is about to be discovered. Read my earlier thread. Is the man he saw nearby who was pretending to fish and talk on a cell phone Casey’s brother Lee? I am just a girl in KY who wants this child to be found. But MY MOTHER knows that area, and she is in Tennessee now. But she swore to me that this would be important later on. I bet she is right. The nation needs closure, they must find this little girl, and then they need to do justice on her mother. rock on Nancy Grace.

  18. NYgirl says:

I find it so discouraging to read some of these responses, and not just on these pages but on many others. People are so quick to pass judgement on people they have never met and probably never will. It’s so quickly become a celebrity type story which is abundantly evident by the mass numbers of people that want so much to crucify this girl. I don’t know that Casey Anthony is guilty, and I don’t know that she is innocent and neither do any of you, and for those of you Nancy Grace freaks-she is a complete ass. She and her moronic diatribes contributed a great deal of malarky to the Scott Peterson case who was convicted on circumstantial evidence alone ( Go pick up a copy of “Presumed Innocent”) We will all see what happens as it all unfolds, but please for the sake of your own souls, remember that it is not for us to judge and many mistakes have been made throughout history due largely in part to such ignorance as I see on this page. Maybe she is guilty as sin, maybe not-but being hateful and turning yourselves into members of an internet angry mob is doing nothing but making a difficult case even more unbearable. Maybe Cindy Anthony is on some pills-wouldn’t you be if you were in this situation? And for all of you who are praying so hard for Casey Anthony to be put to death-YOU ARE JUST AS EVIL AS ANY MURDERER OUT THERE. Not because you want justice, but because you are so thirsty for blood. I think there are a lot of people who are extremely weighed down by some enormous chips on some narrow shoulders and as a legal professional, I implore you to actually learn how to read a forensic report-perhaps then you might see that the evidence against her isn’t that strong. AND ALL OF YOU NEED TO HIT UP EBAY AND FIND A COPY OF 12 ANGRY MEN.

  19. NYgirl says:

EXCUSE ME-I WAS SO FOCUSED ON SCOTT PETERSON’S INNOCENCE I TYPED THAT WRONG-THE TITLE OF THE BOOK IS “PRESUMED GUILTY” WHICH AGAIN-JUST FYI-ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN (P-R-O-V-E-N) GUILTY!!!

  20. kygirl says:

it is very sad that no one can find this child.iam a grandparent of 3 very loved grandkids. i live 6 hours away from them.but i talk to them ever day and visit a few times a month. if one of them was missing for a day. i would have been over there. to see what was going on. i do think the mom has done something to the lil girl. i think the lil girl is dead.casey needs to tell some one where she is.if she didnt want the child no more, they are so many loving familys that would have taken the child and made sure she had a great child hood.iam sure the grandparents would have taken caylee.i love my kids and would do any thing for them. but not to the point of helping them cover up killing a child.

  21. ROXIE says:

I THINK THAT NYGIRL IS BIENG NAIVE TOWARDS THE SITUATION. YES I AGREE, WE ARE NOT ONES TO JUDGE, BUT DONT ACT LIKE IF SHE’S BEEN JUST DANDY IN COOPERATING. COME’ON NOW. I SUGGEST YOU TRY WATCHING THE NEWS WITH YOUR EYES AND EAS OPEN NEXT TIME. TELL ME THEN IF YOU DONT GET THE POINT. ANY MOTHER WOULD KNOW THAT IF AN HOUR WENT BY WITHOUT THE KNOWING OF THEIR CHILD THEY WOULD BE OUT LOOKING FOR THEM. THEY WOULDNT BE AT HOME SITTING AROUND THINKING OF ALIBI’S. MUCH LESS GOING CLUBBING AND HANGING WITH FRIENDS. HOW COULD SHE SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING WHAT SHE DID TO HER CHILD OR JUST KNOWING SHE IS MISSING. I HAVE TROUBLE SLEEPING WHEN MY CHILDREN ARE SICK, AND THAT’S THAT IM DOWN THE HALL. DONT GIVE US THAT CRAP OVER WE DONT KNOW. I THINK YOU’RE THE ONE THAT DOESNT KNOW. WAKE UP AND STOP BIENG RIDICULOUS.

  22. Motherly says:

I was a young mother myself, and yes there were times I felt I was missing out on alot because of my choice to have a child. But with that said, I never blamed my child. It is not their choice to be born into this world. As a Mother it is our duty to protect them from the horrible world.
Too much is wrong with this story, the mother is caught in Lie after lie. How can you continue on with life like nothing happened for 31 days? I do agree that something is wrong with the mother mentally, but that does not excuse the actions. We must learn to put children FIRST always. Here Caylee is the ONLY important issue. Bringing her home reguardless of whether she is alive should be the only goal at the moment. That poor child, betrayed by the one person who was supposed to love her and protect her. Even in the slim chance that Casey is telling the truth… She still did NOTHING for 31 days, she did not look upon her daughter’s beautiful face and know she was safe for 31 days! How can anyone not see the issue with that? There is a new breed of mother out there these days, they consider themselves victims and feel sorry for themselves forgetting that it was and IS their choice to be a parent.
There are so many out there praying for a child… Why do these idiots continue to harm these babies. Give them up! Let someone love them if you can not. The sad thing is we live in a time where people actually make excuses for these type of people. I pray for Caylee and hope her mother finally takes responsibility for her involvement in her dissappearance only then will little Caylee be brought some peace. For once be a mother and put her first.

  23. NYgirl says:

IN RESPONSE TO ROXIE: I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING THIS CASE VERY CLOSELY AND LIKE I SAID I DON’T KNOW THAT SHE ISN’T GUILTY. WHAT I DO KNOW IS THAT AS A LEGAL PROFESSIONAL THE NEWS IS ONLY GOING TO REPORT ON THOSE FACTS THAT ARE PROVIDED TO THEM, FOR INSTANCE, THE NEWS HAD US BELIEVING THAT CASEY ANTHONY WAS NOW RECEIVING CORRESPONDENCE FROM SCOTT PETERSON WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE A COMPLETE FABRICATION. MY ONLY POINT IS THAT WHAT WE ARE SEEING HERE, AND WHAT WE ALSO SAW IN THE PETERSON TRIAL WAS A COMPLETE RAPE OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM. THE MEDIA TURNS THIS INTO A BLOODBATH FRENZY FEEDING FOR ALL AND IT’S RIDICULOUS, I HAVE READ OVER 400 PAGES OF DISCOVERY IN REF TO THIS CASE AND MY PROFESSIONAL AND OF COURSE PRELIMINARY FINDINGS ARE NUMBER ONE THAT CLEARLY CASEY ANTHONY IS EITHER NOT WELL MENTALLY OR KNOWS EXACTLY WHERE HER CHILD IS, HOWEVER THE LIKELY-HOOD THAT SHE IS INNOCENT IN ALL THIS IS CLEARLY A DIMINISHING HOPE AND HER LEGAL CAMP IS NOT AIDING IN THAT. GUILTY OR NOT, I STILL BELIEVE THAT AS AMERICAN CITIZENS WE ALL OWE IT TO HER AND ANYONE ELSE TO ALLOW HER THAT WHICH IS AFFORDED HER BY THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION. HER AMENDMENTS MUST BE PROTECTED AND UPHELD, IF YOU FEEL THAT SHE SHOULD SIMPLY BE LABELED AS GUILTY AND PUT TO DEATH THEN MY DEAR YOU ARE LIVING IN THE WRONG COUNTRY. THIS IS THE UNITED STATES, WE AHH HAVE EQUAL RIGHTS AND A LOT OF MEN AND WOMEN HAVE DIED PROTECTING THEM AND GUILTY OR NOT CASEY ANTHONY IS ENTITLED TO THOSE RIGHTS.

  24. miss joey says:

this woman is sick and needs to be put in freaking hell where shes belongs … how could she hurt such a pretty little girl … and tell anyone where to find her so that everyone who loves her can move on from this

  25. TheMrs says:

Thank You NYGIRL!! I have been following this case very closely, as my father and did with The Lacey Peterson case. My father always said that Scott Peterson wasn’t given his right of a fair trial. He also believes that the way Nancy Grace had reported on it early on, is partially to blame. The post by miss joey proves your point on just how blood-thirsty people are anymore. I mean why would you automatically presume it was the husband or the mom? I guess they find it more interesting if the mom killed her daughter, than if a stranger kidnapped her or something.

  26. CRTAZ says:

Juries are SUPPOSED to ignore popular emotion and go off of what evidence is provided them. To hope the jury will decide WITH the general emotion or favor is to provide a biased judgement. The BEST hope that we can have is that the jury will deliberate SOLELY on what evidence they have before them, not on what everyone around them is feeling or thinking. I, for one, am OUTRAGED at all the communist or fascist sentiments that I have been reading on MOST of these posts. Think about this: WHAT IF IT WAS YOU ON THE STAND KNOWING THAT YOU ARE INNOCENT, BUT, DUE TO ALL THE NEGATIVE FEELINGS, YOU ARE PRONOUNCED GUILTY AND ARE SENTENCED TO DEATH?? Now, add to that: What happens AFTER you are executed and investigators/forensics find that your child and he/she is still alive and unharmed?? You won’t know, because you are dead, but WHAT ABOUT YOUR FAMILY?? WHAT WILL THEY FEEL?? WHAT WILL THEY DO?? At that point in time, it’s a little late to change the sentencing, don’t you think?? I don’t know if Casey is innocent or guilty, I don’t know what she says is truth or lie, but I do know that UNLESS AND UNTIL evidence is provided that PROVES that she is guilty and that she DID murder her daughter, we all take a step back and look at this rationally. Let the DA’s, investigators, judges, juries, and forensic teams do their jobs. That’s what they’re there for. I don’t have any legal training like NYgirl has, but I do have what seems most of you lack-COMMON SENSE.
Take a moment and try to be EMPATHETIC?? If Casey was in some kind of mental state that she doesn’t remember what happened, and tried to piece together some kind of memory, that would, at most, be child endangerment. IF, I pray that this isn’t the case, Caylee is found dead, and it was because of the endangerment, then it would be accidental homicide. Yes, that still would be an outrage, but it wouldn’t be murder, in the true sense of the word. I do know that there are some sick mothers out there that kill their children for little or no reason, but why don’t we wait to pass judgement. “Judge not lest ye be judged” Matt 7:1. “Judge not according to appearance, but judge righteous judgement” John 7:24. Thank you NYgirl for having a wait-and-see attitude!!!

  27. All's Fair says:

Bravo, nygirl. Well, put. However, you’ve got to agree that this whole case reeks!! I too was a young single mother (of twins). My mother, like Casey’s, said she would not allow me to put my baby (we only thought it was one baby till they were born) up for adoption. I was 20 and very much longing to live the life that a 20-year-old girl should be living. My mother understood that and she was very helpful, very understanding of my need to be out having fun. However, she made sure that I was always the person that was up at 6:00 in the morning (as it should be), regardless of how much fun I was out having the night before. Then there was the time that I decided I wanted to go to another state and visit a friend. So I drove out with my girlfriends and my mother kept the babies. Never once did she complain. I look back on it now and realize how irresponsible I was for doing that. Once out of state, I decided I wanted to stay. My mother agreed that she could bring the babies to me but said it would be about two weeks before she could leave. However, within about seven days, I was completely heartsick, a nervous wreck. I missed those babies like nobody’s business. So this is what strikes me so strange about this case. When I see video of Casey Anthony talking to her parents or brother, there is no desperation in her demeanor whatsoever. She seems to always just be going through this methodical speech of hers about how she wants Caylee back and what she’s going to do to get her back. It just seems so contrived. I guess if it was me (and innocent of course), I’d be asking a million questions about what was being done to find my baby and offering up ideas. There would be no time nor any place for the casual conversation I see her having. If she is responsible, I don’t believe she intended to kill her. And I have nothing but sympathy for her parents. I know that I would be standing by my daughter in completely the same way. There is nothing you can do when your child is in such a mess except try to give them the benefit of every doubt and love them unconditionally. I pray for them every day.

She killed her daughter, plan and simple. She couldn’t evewn give police the telephone number of the baby sitter, the apprtment was empty, She claims that the sitter watched her kid for over a year, but there’s no checks paying her, no telephone numbers on her home or cell records pulled by police and in her police interview could not even remember the sitters address, maybe she communicated telapathcaly with the sitter.

Shes a murderer and needs to BURN IN HELL

  31. Lou Ann says:

A CARING INNOCENT MOTHER WOULD NEVER ACT THE WAY CASEY HAS. If Casey would have showed some compassion towards her daughter being missing and NOT GOING A MONTH BEFORE REPORTING HER CHILD MISSING and leading the people trying to help find Caylee on that wild rabbit chase we the public would not be so quick to make a comment, after all these are just peoples opinions. There is just to many things that she has lied about and getting angry with her parents when they ask Casey for more information on where Caylee could be or who might have her, a innocent person would not get mad like that.

  32. I don’t like jail. Zenaida wtf r u? I miss drinking and being a slut, I also miss my bro Lee and shopping the great designer collection at Target!! That’s the first place i’m going when I get out. Hell yeah! Target rocks!!

Also anyone know how true it can be that little Caylee’s father is that pervert Lee? Some people say that. Anyway, all I can say is I do not want to be in NONE of your shoes: CASEY(killa), GEORGE(suicidal/dummy), LEE(pervert), CINDY(retarded). Wish you a happy life.

Ya know they say it takes a village to raise a child, that little angel did not have a chance with the village that was surrounding her!

I have a 4 yr old daughter and there is not a second of my day when I do not know where she is or if she is ok, and if my parents did not see a trace of their Grandbaby in AN ENTIRE MONTH…PLEASE …. yeah right would NEVER HAPPEN. Someone or one or two or hell all of them knows what happened to that little girl.

She needs to be sentenced to DEATH if convicted, her lethal injection will in no way come close to the death that beautiful innocent child had to endure! Things like this happen and it is hard for me to even wrap my head around it. I would give my life for my daughter without a second thought. My biggest fear in life is anything harming her.

It makes you realize the pure evil that is out there. Caylee is in a better place that is for sure!

may you rest in peace little one
