I have some cool tricks and tips for you below that outlines the Foxy Sniper walkthrough. Check it out and use them to blaze through the game.

lvl 4- shoot the glass roof first to distract them
lvl5- shoot the guy with the package right before he gets out of the evevator on the second floor
lvl6- shoot the air vent first
lvl10- you have to shoot in order…it works better on low quality too… shoot the people on the building on the far left then way up top then the 2 in the bushes on either side of the grassy field…
lvl11-shoot the guy on the upper left on the roof … then the electrical lines …then when the walking guy is close to the lumber shoot the rope around it…then shoot the one guy left.

But I agree this is a huge problem with many sites on the web.
In fact if you see some fishy link on the comments section never click on it, although I try and remove them as soon as I can on TechBanyan.
My host and advertisers have clearly said it would be a violation of TOS.

HOW DO YO SHOOT THE SNIPERS ON MISSON X IF THEY SHOOT AFTER YOU SHOT ONE?
MATT THE AIR VENT IS ON THE ROOF AFTER YOU SHOOT IT HE WILL OPEN THE WINDOW THE N SHOOT HIM
Here’s a full walkthrough
1.Kill guy walking his dog from left
2.Kill guy who throws up in middle room 2nd floor wate for him to appear.
3.Kill guy in blue car there is 2 wate for the snd 1 he will be on top lane
4.Shoot skylight first then kill gangsters.
5.Kill guy in middle first on second floor then thhe other two.
6.Wait for guy with arm tattoos to get package.When he comes down to middle floor kill him when he starts to walk in elavator the wait for dude in suit to go out fire egzit then kil main guy then his bodyguard then the other 2.
7.Shoot the tunnel on Air con shoot the fat dude when he turns window down dont bother with the guards
8.There are sniper in these 5 places next to the tree on the right, right side of the middle window top floor,on the right of the left side of the gate,on the right of the left tree and to the right of the 2nd window to right on the right side ground floor the gangsta will come in da pool at the back of the limo.
9.on the yot w8 till the helicopter lands kill the guy who gets out of it then kill the other guy who starts to run.Then fire at the barrels on the bottom left of the yhat.
10.shoot guys from top to bottom on the buildin on the rightthen guys on either side of the grass and then the guy on the far away buildin on top right.
11.(last mission)Shoot guy on top of the base,then the electrick wire on the very bottom left then shoot the rope on the loggs when the walking guy gets near which also kills the guy on the red container then the guy on the bottom right.

I really hate this mission x!! how the hell am it to shoot thess damn guys when the damn gun keeps moving and the time keeps running out? This is a nice sniper game but needs to be more reasonable.
This damn game don’t give you anytime to kill the guys in mission x. Five guys, one me and this mayor guy. How the hell am i to kill all of them, me one. From the frist shot fired: the mayor dead!! Its not fair because it doesn’t make sense to to shoot any of the guys, the mayor will still be dead. Try using a machine-gun.
