Funeral preparations are underway for the slain Yale scholar Annie Le and are scheduled to be held in New York. Annie Le’s fiance is Jewish and the funeral services have been scheduled to be held out of Huntington’s Temple Beth El between Jewish high holidays.
A new report tonight says that a “private memorial service” will be held at New York’s Temple Beth El, the temple of her fiance Jonathan Widawsk. The temple is located in Huntington, New York on Long Island. The Temple is reportedly coordinating Le’s services to fall between busy holiday dates for the synagogue.
The synagogue has not put up the details for public display so it cannot be confirmed from their side. Perhaps the family would like to make it a personal affair.
Annie Le and her fiance were set to marry at the same Temple last Sunday. Annie Le was 24 years old at the time of tragedy.
