Wrong-way driver, woman die in I-80 crash in PA
The Associated Press
Article Last Updated: 07/05/2008 02:53:27 PM EDT
LOGANTON, Pa.—Police in central Pennsylvania say a wrong-way driver caused a three-vehicle crash that killed him and the wife of a New York gospel singer.
State police say 58-year-old Betty Wright of Roosevelt, N.Y., died in the crash late Friday on Interstate 80 eastbound in Clinton County.
A Geisinger Medical Center spokesman says her husband, the Rev. Timothy Wright, and their grandson, 14-year-old D.J. Wright, remain critically injured.
Timothy Wright’s latest album, “Jesus, Jesus, Jesus,” came out last year.
The hospital says a passenger in the third vehicle, 23-year-old Heather Berringer of Marion, Ohio, remains in fair condition.
Police are not releasing the dead driver’s name until relatives are notified

We have to pray for the family and Church, our prayers are with you and to the Sons.
July 5th, 2008 at 4:17 pm
I was just told about 10 mins ago that Rev Wright passed. Does anyone know if that is true?
July 5th, 2008 at 5:36 pm
This is the time that people of faith should pray for Rev. Wright and his entire family. Let’s remember to also show our love to the First Lady who passed on and had tremendous responsibilities and made many contributions to the faith community. Show your love to the Pastor’s family (and others) while they are living.
I believe that Jesus is a healer and a comforter! Rev. Wright will survive this ordeal if it is God’s will. Jesus will also give Rev. Wright a powerful testimony like Job’s once he comes out of this temporary trial. Remember “The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and
forevermore”. Psalm 121:8 NIV
