Glenn Beck recently got a letter from a woman in Arizona by the name of Janet Contreras. She writes an open letter to our nation’s leadership: I’m a home grown American citizen, 53, registered Democrat all my life.
Glenn Beck happened to read this letter on his daily nut job show and many people are now searching for the contents of the letter online.
Though I don’t deny there are plenty of citizens who are not happy with the way our President is going about dealing with things, and such citizens would be there during every administration, and I don’t blame Janet for her getting a heart burn over all this.
My grouse is simply with Glenn who does his whole dog and pony show in the most satirical manner while at the same time exaggerating the negatives. He makes a caricature out of this whole thing. And its obvious that his slant is one sided and not neutral.

The letter goes something like this…I have given a summary below.
Before the last presidential election I registered as a Republican because I no longer felt the Democratic Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me.
Now I no longer feel the Republican Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. The fact is I no longer feel any political party or representative in Washington represents my views or works to pursue the issues important to me. There must be someone. Please tell me who you are.
Please stand up and tell me that you are there and that you’re willing to fight for our Constitution as it was written. Please stand up now.
You might ask yourself what my views and issues are that I would horribly feel so disenfranchised by both major political parties. What kind of nut job am I? Will you please tell me?

We both agree with the lady from Arazona, althouigh we go a little step farther
we feel that the president has grounds for impeachment. I served in the Viet Nam area and if I had steped over to the North and and stated the US was agorant, the US would have put me on trial for being a traitor.. All those in the white house need to step down they are not for the people but against the people. All the freedom we have is being done away with. The Government already force my wife and I to buy a supplement insurance policy if we find
we don,t like that policy, the government says we can not change for a year.
The government is no longer for the people, the lust for power has destroyed
this and replaced it with a dictatorship. They tell us what kind of cars to
drive, how much grain to plant, what insurance to buy, in essance they are telling us what to do with our hard earned money. Next it will be how many
children we can have. Look up for our redemption drawth nye.
Dear Glenn thank you for your tv program. It’s a refreshing island
in an ocean of liberal stupidity. I am a Vietnam veteran 1968/69 I love this country and I’d willingly die for it. I am sick to the
point I could vomit everytime I hear about some slick talking
politition trying to steal money or sell his/her corrupt ass to
some thief lobbiest. Now the President is trying to give away all
the money he can print or borrow, where is it going to end? This
country has cancer and it’s almost inopperable. Polititions are just
like cockroaches, they get elected then they don’t crawl out until
it’s time to be re-elected! Thanks for allowing me to vent.
