It is not fair to say "all kids should be supervised" how about all stupid kids should be supervised. My children would not dare do something so ignorant, thats because they know right from wrong. I don't have to hold their hand everywhere. It's just not fair to kids who do the right thing, which is 98% of kids these days, to have to suffer "constant supervision" because of an accident perpetrated by a lack of respect for rules. You know what becomes of children heavily swarmed over with supervision by their parents as you say is needed? They are the first ones to be victimized by the world because they have no preparation or "know how" to deal with themselves once mommy and daddy are gone. The only people who need "supervision" are the ones trying to take kids rights away from being kids. Dont get me worng, this kid in my opinion got what he deserved.
