Arlene, neither your opinions or Tim’s are true about Glenn Beck. And this pathetic attempt to hang a sorry excuse for Christianity around Glenn’s neck by whining “Christ is love” as if any criticism, any call for justice, self-sufficiency, education, freedom is unChristian is just… pathetic!

You’re still peddling the “lying to go to war” myth. Even if that was true, what does that have to do with Glenn Beck? And all those things you list -among them Medicare, AFDC- if they are an albatross pulling down a free, educated society, then, yeah, they need to go.

You may actually feel some compassion for our military, but it’s genuineness is hard to tell through your bias.

ACORN ninjas? Silly. ACORN corruption? Should be taken seriously.

If you actually listened to Beck, or read what he’s written without being blinded by willful ignorance you’d know he’s no Republican shill. The ACORN scandal isn’t phony, nor is it unsubstantiated. There are whistle-blowers from within ACORN who have testified under oath about the corruption within ACORN. Dale Rathke’s $1 mill embezzlement isn’t phony, nor is his brother’s cover-up of the crime. Nor is “Muscle for Money”, or the lawsuit filed by dissenting board members concerned with financial irregularities. And all of that is on TOP of the allegations of Micky Mouse and Donald registering to vote.

When you you notice all the smoke from the burning trash heap of corruption that is ACORN?

And Tim, for glory’s sake YOU CAN’T EVEN SPELL YOUR OWN NAME!!!

Tim, following up on what Beck says is easy. To says he’s “told more lies that Hitler” is a massive untruth, and an exaggeration that’s beyond the pale. He doesn’t need help to sell books, they sell themselves.
When you end your rant by calling him “unedjucated” and “a out right lier” it just makes him look better.

Why should Beck’s success after his mother’s suicide amaze you? Suicide is a family tragedy, not a sentence to life-long failure. Addiction is also a tragic barrier that can be overcome.

It’s amazingly elitist and snobby to say an individual isn’t smart unless they’ve gone to Yale, or Hahr-vahd. It may be the smarter choice to go to a City College -or at least start there- than pay outrageous tuition to be indoctrinated, but not educated. If you check the demographics of Beck’s show, you’ll find the majority are college educated, and that more than 20% have advanced degrees. So much for that badly written almost unintelligible, poorly supported claim.

Most people don’t dislike Pr. Obama because of his race, but because of his policies and condescending attitude. But you don’t have to do anything like think, or support your statement with actual facts. After all, in the US were free to be opinionated, and willfully ignorant of facts, as dangerous as that is.

Mormons and Missouri:
Missouri gentiles will have to either gain a divine connection to their homeland, or be displaced completely by the coming wave of Mormons who have, for generations, looked to these lands as their divine inheritance and birthright. Palestine and Israel have fought over their land for decades, because each of them feel the sacredness that God intends it for them alone. Without the depth of conviction for the ground on which we live, the Mormons will be able to entice us, or our descendents to sell. There is sadly a saying that everyone has a price. Wouldn’t it be nice if we could just all share and help each other regardless of religious dogma?

Beck is a deranged dangerous fool. He claimed that “progressivism contains the seeds of fascism”. If it weren’t for progressives women wouldn’t be voting (19th Amendment), our US senators would still be elected by state legislatures (Amendment 17), we couldn’t trust that our food and drugs were uncontaminated (Pure Food and Drug Act), we’d wouldn’t be working 40 hour weeks and there would be no minimum wage (Fair Labor Standards Act), we could have runs on banks and lose our savings (FDIC); on the state level people wouldnt be able to initiate legislation (initiative), reject state laws (referendum), reject governors (recall); all he gripes about is the progressive income tax (16th Amendment) and Prohibition (18th Amendment) which was repealed by progressives (21st Amendment).

Glenn Beck is probably the most intelligent man on TV today. He is well-read, up to the minute on almost everything that is going on of any importance and is the most honest individual on the air. He also enjoys more than his share of “common Sense” and at times, almost seems embarrassed by his vast knowledge. Unfortunately there are millions of men today who are well-educated, extrememly capable of making exceptional contributions for the betterment of our Great Country who have been forced out of the work-place to make room for immigrants and those who have been given special considerations because of “minority” status. Our country did not become the greatest Nation on Earth by practicing these idiotic principals.In the past, thongs were not always “fair” but usually jobs were given on merit and abilitities and to those willing to work and produce and not on intitlements.

Dear Glenn Beck: I appreciate your tv and radio programs and agree with 90% of what you say, However, you recently made some comments of which you are poorly informed.

I come from a back ground of thirty five years of educating people regarding our God given unalienable rights.

The subject on which you are poorly informed is the subject of ‘traveling by right’. You recently mentioned on your radio of 1/01/2010 that driving is a privilege. I have been in court both Federal and State for the past five years challenging the right to travel. The reason I decided to challenge government on this right is that I have discovered that All rights depend upon your right to travel. There are literally thousands of court cases to prove what I am saying.

I suggest that you locate a copy of the book TRAVELING BY RIGHT. It will open your eyes to many things of which you are unaware.

May God continue to bless you as we fight together for FREEDOM.

The incompetence of the Obama administration has already been proven in many ways including allowing numerous tax cheats such as Obama’s Treasury Secretary to be a part of his administration; Obama’s allowing countless exceptions to his campaign promise that lobbyists would not be a part of his administration (his Deputy Secretary of Defense lobbied for a defense contracting firm); and his promise not to allow “earmarks” (pork projects) in spending bills. Yet, the Obama stimulus bill (costing taxpayers 1 trillion dollars with interest) and the Obama Omnibus bill (costing Americans another 1/2 trillion dollars with interest) had over 9,000 pork projects.

Barack Obama’s ties with the highly corrupt ACORN organization have been extensive over the years, a fact almost entirely unreported by the liberal mainstream news media. Last year, the Obama campaign, according to the “Times,” paid ACORN $800,000 to register voters and do other work. Obama, when serving on the board of the Woods Fund in Chicago, gave ACORN money. “Investor’s Business Daily” has called Barack Obama “ACORN’s Senator.” And the Obama administration got up to $2 billion of taxpayer funding in Obama’s first 60 days for organizations such as ACORN.

I can keep going if you want… but I think leaving it at this would give you some motivation to find the facts for yourself. I am in no way saying Bush didn’t have corruption either. There isn’t too much difference between Democrats and Republicans when corruption is the issue.

To survive as a country we need to hold-fast to the constitution and the laws setup by the people that founded this country on principles of freedom.

I have read most of Skousen’s books if not all of them (including his religious books), and I do agree with you Tim, The books you list are very good and very educational. And are arguably more so then Glenn’s books, he would probably even agree. If you learned something from Skousen, try reading some of Glenn’s books. Sure they are a little more in your face, but his latest, “Arguing with Idiots,” is very informational and sites all of his sources. I may be wrong, but I am pretty sure that Glenn Beck has all of these books on his books to read list on his website, and says that Cleon Skousen is one of his influences. You have to know Skousen’s background to know how his thought process works. In a perfect society, true socialism would work, but since out society is far from ever being perfect and competitive society is the next best thing. If you have the will, you can achieve.

This is a great argument against Glenn Beck being un-educated, by one of the great scholars, “The man is an unedjucated idiot and a out right lier.”

Glenn Beck is a capitalist like any other good American, and making money isn’t a bad thing. Switching networks doesn’t exactly equate to selling your soul.

If it weren’t for people like Glenn Beck, and many other Americans that make money, and pay taxes, how would the government give you money, foodstamps, free healthcare… pretty soon your God-given right to have a computer, car, a house… Lets talk about education for a second. Let’s say that you actually went to school you studied hard and got great test scores. You feel good about your grades and feel that all your hard work paid off, but they took your scores and averaged them with the lowest scores in the class (which are really low, because everyone is excepted into college, it’s their God-given right after all), and bringing your ‘A’ down to barely a ‘D’ to make everyone equal, would you be okay with that thinking that the kids who partied and never studied deserve to get the same grades as you? I wouldn’t be, and neither would you.

Did you listen to everything that George W. Bush said? He is both a Yale and Harvard graduate. Would you take real-estate advice from Donald Trump? Or would you take business lessons from Bill Gates? Neither had college degrees. The science of flight that is still taught world-wide, inclduing Harvard and Yale, was discovered by two “uneducated” brothers. Just because you don’t have a piece of paper from a certain school saying you have been formally educated doesn’t mean you are not educated. Albert Einstein said this about formal education, “the spirit of learning and creative thought were lost in strict rote learning.” I’ve graduated top of my class at Columbia University, which many consider in the same league as Harvard and Yale (and actually is in The Ivy League with both), that means nothing to you I’m sure, and you’re right, lots of people can excel in school and fail in the real world. Some people like Glenn Beck excel in the world, and I would argue that he is better educated in economics and political science then many of the top students at Universities around the world.
