Glenn Beck is a well known American talk show host of the famous The Glenn Beck Program. In May 2006, he forayed into television where he began hosting the eponymous prime-time hour Glenn Beck on CNN Headline News. But now of course he was recruited by Fox Media heads and started his Beck and Call at the Fox News cable network.

He is a funny animated guy with lot of spit throwing and giggles. I knew instantly he would be a big hit with all the mid western rural American stay at home moms.
Beck is quite an intellectual and has penned two books so far. The Real America: Messages From the Heart and the Heartland and An Inconvenient Book. The latter was listed in the New York Times bestseller list for a week. He is also the founder and editor of Fusion, a magazine of conservative political perspective like him.
To commemorate the fifth anniversary of September 11 the magazine had featured a drawing of Beck standing in front of World Trade Center’s twin towers.
Glenn Beck Show
Glenn Beck has attracted tens of millions of viewers and listeners through out the country with The Glenn Beck Live. He is known for his quick wit, honest to god opinions and animated personality. On his show, Beck addresses current political, social, and economic issues using traditional conservative governing principles. Basically he close to a Republican talking head but not yet.
The Glenn Beck Program is the third-highest-rated national talk show in America among age group 25 to 54. It attracts a staggering five million listeners a day and is syndicated on more than 280 terrestrial stations nationwide by Premiere Radio Networks. In 2008, Beck won the Marconi Radio Award for Network Syndicated Personality of the Year.
Personal Life, Religion, Church & Mormons
Glenn Beck grew up in Mount Vernon, a small town hundred miles from Seattle in Washington. He was born on February 10, 1964. He is a graduate of Sehome High School in Bellingham, Washington. By then he had already started working on talk shows as a part time job. I have heard but cannot confirm that Glenn suffers from ADHD so his producers try to keep his show fast paced.
He had a disastrous past life. His personal life is pitted with tragedies such as his mother’s suicide, one of his brothers-in-law committed suicide, and a sibling reportedly had a fatal heart attack. He took alcohol and during these struggles with life his first wife divorced him.
Beck remarried and has four children from his wife, Tania. From his first marriage he has two teenage daughters, Hannah and Mary who is suffering from cerebral palsy. With his second wife he has two children, Raphe adopted in 2004 and Cheyenne born in 2006.
Is Glenn Beck a Mormon
Perhaps this answers your question to what religion is Glenn Beck. Beck is a member of the Mormon Church and is probably one of the most influential Mormons in the media today. He converted to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS), which teaches against the consumption of alcohol, to get married to his present wife. He believes that the Mormon Church has impacted his family, his career and his life overall. He also acknowledges God’s hand in helping him meet his wife, Tania, and in their family’s spiritual quest for faith and religion.
Glenn Beck is A Buffoon
Glenn is a good man but he is a buffoon. He is riding on the wave of fear and is trying to exploit and capitalize on it. But still he is not a hate monger in the league of Sean Hannity. The other day I saw him on Bill O Rielly where he got ripped apart and his whole premise was shattered by Bill. Glenn made a point of Obama’s administration take the liberty of Americans by directly controlling the monetary policy. To which Bill replied that monetary policy has always been under the government for all time.
All in all, I am happy that this guy is so successful but don’t ever take anything he says at face value. He is just an amiable entertainer.
One of the best books that I have read from Glenn Beck and which is an absolute delight, Check it out!
