The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is collaborating with the popular chair making company Evenflo and together they have announced that they are going to have a voluntary recall of about 643,000 Envision high chairs and also scale the recall of  about 90,000 Majestic model high chairs.

The reason for taking this action was that both models of high chairs were labeled as high risks in case they fall and also there seems to be a potential choking hazard.

If you own such a product and model, it would be my recommendation that you immediately stop using this product until further notice from the US CPSC.
