If you believe in conspiracy theories, watch out. For the third time in less than 15 years, the End of the World draws near.
According to latest consipiracy theory enthusiasts, the next doomsday is going to happen in 21rst December, 2012.
Whats adding fuel to the fire is that even NASA (supposedly or otherwise) has confirmed that a major pole shift to our earth will happen in near future, and many have predicted that it will be on the 21st of December 2012.
That the pole shift can result in a major climate change goes without saying. Just imagine what all is possible if this were to happen.
And as to what will cause the pole shift? It is predicted that on 21rst of December 2012, all the planets in our Solar system will align with the Sun on an equatorial plane. This will happen only once in every thousands of thousands of years. Once the Earth crosses over the so-called imaginary equatorial plane, the poles will start to shift their places.

Adding another interesting twist in all of this is the Mayan callender prediction:
According to their calendar, the Maya believed that their world would end on Dec 21, 2012.
