Carl Peterson Resigns

Carl Peterson is hanging his boots and will resign from his position of Kansas Chiefs President with immediate effect. This would have been his 20th with the NFL franchise.

The Chief Operating Officer Denny Thum is going to step up to the plate and serve as an interim president and and GM of the Kansas Chiefs. Meanwhile the board will continue the search for a permanent person to take on the job.

Some background info on Carl Peterson and his years with Kansas Chiefs. Peterson joined Chiefs back in 1989 and has a tremendous record of winning, the numbers tell it all: 176-141-1. He won the West Division a record four times.
