BCS Selection Show 2008

To say that college football season was without controversy would be a gross understatement. But one thing granted that the actual suspense regarding the college football’s actual lineup has already receded. This can be concluded when Oklahoma went straight ahead of Texas sometime back. After this the game pretty much became protectable and the suspense element was gone. Given that the form has held in the big twelve and SEC championship games, the BCS selection show is going to become anti-climatic when airs tonight.

But I can bet the controversy is not going anywhere anytime soon regarding the Texas and Oklahoma game so we can pretty much lay down a wager on what the BCS selection show will choose. The show on the Fox is definitely going to name Oklahoma and Florida as the two participants.

Oklahoma performed as per the expectations and totally annihilated missouri in a game should finish the big 12 format and simply play against the best two teams in the conference. Then Oklahoma and Texas would have played last night and we would not have heard so much controversy. All the action should be on the field and not of it.

Would you think about this controversy you have any ideas or game plans about resolving this issue.
