London Tipton is an unreal person in the show – The Suite Life of Zack & Cody – and I believe its parody on – The Suite Life on Deck.
She is the daughter of Wilfred Tipton, who owns the Tipton Hotel and his wife SS Tipton. London Tipton is spin on the real-life hotel heiress Paris Hilton.
