I feel my best personal growth began during a time of crisis in my life. I turned to a 12 step group, counseling, and the teachings of Thich Nhat Hahn, a Vietnamese buddhist monk. That was over ten years ago and although I am no longer currently attending 12 step meetings I try to live the program every day. It has greatly helped in my peace and happiness. I think I should revisit these things a little more closely at this time.
