First the internet cables and now the Blackberry. Just heard that a major service outage is afflicting users of BlackBerry smart phones across the United States and Canada. The company behind Blackberry, Research in Motion is in the process of informing customers of all wireless carriers who are affected.
There is no word on when the service will be back up.
The problem is being described as “critical severity outage” on the web and it is affecting users in the North America. It has once again raised fresh concerns about the stability of the e-mail service 10 months after a widespread crash last April.
