		<description>Very interesting post. Although you missed something that plagues corporate email usage big time: people seem to forget the difference between a reply and a reply-to-all. This is true especially when flame wars start or wishes are passed around. It can be downright nauseating to have your inbox flooded with stupid personal conversations or mud-slinging.</description>
